Wi-Fi Infrastructure Mode

Infrastructure mode is one of the poignant ways for linking to wireless networks. Such Wi-Fi modes permit devices such as laptops to connect with wireless networks through a defined Access Point (AP). 

These are the routers that connect with digital devices via an Ethernet port. Infrastructure mode needs the requirement of a wireless access point. It is essential to use SSID to configure Access Point (AP).
